Dana Dougherty, RDN, CLT
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)who received a Bachelor’s degree from Keene State College in New Hampshire. My internship was through Iowa State University and I am also a Certified LEAP therapist (CLT).
Previous experience in New Hampshire includes working for Southern Medical Center for a variety of departments including cardiac-pulmonary rehab, behavioral health unit, inpatient, and cancer center. Health and nutrition classes were implemented weekly for up to 15 people or in a one-on-one setting.
I opened up my own business in 2014 and saw clients in a private office setting in California. Weight loss is a large portion of my clients, but also see people for heart healthy diets, diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, bariatrics patients, weight gain and eating disorders. My motivation is to inspire people, help them figure out what their goals are, and how to help them achieve those goals through healthy eating and necessary life style changes. In 2021, I moved to Arizona and am in the process of restarting my business.
